Tutoring primary school students
Supporting students and their parents by extending learning within assignments given by schools and/or additional teaching, as well as enabling motivation and engagement. Online and face to face.
Yoga for Children & Teenagers
Nurturing children's and teens' physical skills, concentration, confidence and creativity in a calm, positive atmosphere that enhances their self-love and enables them to flourish.
Yoga for Schools
Creating focused, balanced, happier young people by integrating yoga and mindfulness into learning and life at school and through extra curricula activities.
Yoga for Families & Friends
Nourishing calm, playful and loving connections to others. Family groups with classes held and home or in a spacious outdoor grassed area.
Yin Yoga for Adults
Tune into the connections between your physical body, your mind and emotions by gently slowing down to explore and develop self-awareness and balanced wellbeing. Small groups or individuals with classes held at work, home and in a spacious outdoor grassed area.
